Here's an example. Many coaches give all of their clients meal plans and start them on basically the same workout routine. They'll make some small changes, but that's what pretty much every client gets. They're focused on methods: meal plans and a specific combination of exercises, reps, sets, etc.

I help you understand the principles of what you're trying to achieve, and then implement the appropriate methods.
